Unlike many wedding photographers, I don't double-book and I don't charge by the hours spent at your wedding. I'm there for you - the couple, until I'm fully confident to have captured all you were hoping for and more!

2009 Wedding Photography Packages:

All wedding packages include a full double-set of nice-looking standard proof prints (4x6) sent to you by mail. Also included is a CD-ROM with a full set of (600x900 pixel) screen-resolution photographs that are perfectly suitable for digital albums, digital slide shows etc. An equally included (time-limited) web presentation enables your friends and family to view photos and order prints directly from me. You just go ahead - enjoy your honeymoon...

On choosing the right package: An elaborate program with many differrent elements and locations will of course lead to a higher image volume, extensive post-production time and many more proof prints. So your ideal photography package is the one that already includes all the program points you would like to have covered. If you don't have sufficient program information as of yet, simply decide what you are willing to spend at the most, then go with the corresponding package. Once your program takes shape we'll discuss your personal priorities where photographic coverage is concerned, and I'll make sure to fully cover those areas of high priority. I will always look out for unexpected highlights and cover program points of lesser priority by shooting more selectively. I may even work on program points that originally were not a planned part of your package - and separately offer up results of those without further obligation on your part. Common packages are priced as below.

Basic Coverage: $1500

This package is recommended for limited and unassisted coverage of a simple ceremony plus either a simple wedding reception or wedding portraits and family groupings

Standard Coverage: $2500

This package is recommended for unassisted coverage of your ceremony including wedding portraits and family groupings, your wedding reception and celebration

Preferred Coverage: $3000

This package is recommended for unassisted coverage of everything from bride and groom's preparations, your ceremony, wedding portraits and family groupings, your wedding reception and celebration

Premium Coverage: $4000

This package is assisted by a second shooter (!) and recommended for simultaneous coverage  of bride's and groom's preparations, guest's arrivals, your ceremony, wedding portraits and family groupings, your wedding reception, all of the celebrating that follows, your wedding night (...NOT!). In short, all you would possibly want to share about in images.

Full Resolution Print Files on DVD: $500

A master set of full resolution print files (.jpg and .tif) of RAW-adjusted images is recommended for clients who prefer not to be bound by my handling their current or future printing and archiving needs. These can be requested at any point in time.

Print Orders and Album Pricing:

Take my word for it or keep on reading... our print and album pricing is extremely competitive. Additional full sets of 4x6 proof prints (non-selective ordering) can be requested only by you - the couple, at $0.30 per print. You - the couple, may order selectively at $2 per 4x6 standard print (a 50% discount) plus shipping. Friends and family can order their favorite 4x6 standard prints at $4 per print plus shipping.

'Custom Prints' are retouched, individually optimized, custom cropped and harmoniously framed on premium paper. Competitively priced at $40 for each initial print sized at up to 8x12, you can receive  a 50% discount if you prepay for any number of custom prints with your chosen package, in which case they come to only $20 for each initial print sized at up to 8x12. Duplicate custom prints of the same size and motif are $10 (a 75% discount). Larger print sizes: Add $5 per print for sizes up to 12x18, add $10 per print for sizes up to 16x24.

While many of my clients happily assemble their own wedding albums from a few custom print orders and/or the two sets of standard prints included with their packages, I offer high quality albums, made up entirely from your favorite photographs, all rendered as custom prints (as described above but included with the album). These very special albums are priced as follows.  

Classic Wedding Album: $900

Kolo Newport album expanded to 20 double-sided pages filled with custom prints. You may decide for your favorite 40 (8x10) to 80 (4x6) images total. A front cover window provides for a title photograph of your choice. Elegantly bound in fine European cloth. Pick a color of your choice.

Classic Wedding or Parent Album: $500

Kolo Newport album standard, for 10 double-sided pages filled with custom prints. You may decide for your favorite 20 (8x10) to 40 (4x6) images total. A front cover window provides for a title photograph of your choice. Elegantly bound in fine European cloth. Pick a color of your choice.

Duplicate Album Discount: $450 (20 pages) and $250 (10 pages)

This discount is only for albums using duplicate photos and sizes & for albums using a reduced selection of duplicate photos and sizes. Both qualify for the same (50%) discount as duplicate custom prints. As a result, if you order a wedding album and use select duplicates for the Parent albums, you get two parent albums for a total of $500.

If you prefer to provide or suggest a different album of your choice, you are welcome to do so. Simply send us the album including sufficient pages - or name the source and we'll add the album's retail price to the prices shown. As an alternative to the classic wedding album look I also facilitate contemporary photo books (by Adorama) in a variety of sizes and layout styles to be individually discussed.
